As you listen to the music, breathe in and out slowly through your nose.

As you exhale imagine yourself standing on this beach.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face, hear the sound of the waves...





As you breathe close your eyes and let the tension flow out of your body.
Let go of your thoughts, and as you take slow, midsize breaths, concentrate only on your breathing.
Count backwards from 100 each time you exhale.
When you are able to reach 90 without losing concentration, open your eyes and close this window. You're ready for a new challenge.
